The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:
- All conference sessions (excluding workshops)
- Social functions: Welcome reception and Conference dinner
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
Student Registration A student is defined as an individual enrolled for study at a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution. Students studying full-time qualify for discounted conference and workshop rates. However, at the discretion of the Local Organising Committee, part-time students may also be granted the discount. Please note: Students will need to have a member of academic staff at the institution where they are enrolled complete the student declaration form and email this to Chris Triggs. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.
Registration Confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.
Name Badge
Each conference delegate will receive a name badge upon registration. This name badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Local Organising Committee expects appropriate behaviour from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Registration Fees: Before 1st October 2018 will incur an $NZ150 cancellation fee. Before 15th November will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 15th November 2018 there will be no refund. Social Events and Excursions: Payments are non-refundable after 15th November 2018.

Note
You can buy extra dinner ticket and extra excursions for your guests, in the same form (same payment). You can also buy them through a separate payment and registration form for guests. Subject to availability – limited availability. Full conference attendees have priority.
